To support our customers and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for a Store Facilitator to join our Operations Team.

The successful candidate will have a relevant store-related qualification, health and safety awareness qualifications and a comparable level of experience in a similar environment. In addition, they will also be expected to:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of store processes and procedures, to be able to carry out all processes associated with ordering, storage, stock checking and issue of materials, plant and equipment
  • Assist in ensuring that value for money is achieved for services and work streams including repairs, planned kitchens, bathrooms and voids
  • Liaise with Operational Management, Supervisors and Trade Team to plan effectively for the provision of materials, plant and equipment
  • Resolve queries and enquiries with regard to orders and purchases including liaising with operational colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Maintain the security and general health and safety requirements of the store areas, both internal and external, including being trained in and having experience of safely lifting and manual handling
  • Be qualified to operate a forklift truck.
  • Be computer literate with experience in using a system for stock and materials management and with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
  • Hold a full driving licence
