To support our customers and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for a Joiner to join our Operations Team.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be time-served with a relevant qualification of SVQ Level 3 and above in carpentry or joinery and experience in a similar environment. In addition, they will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

 

  • Undertaking carpentry and joinery duties as required
  • Carrying out a range of multi-tasked emergency, urgent and minor repairs to Fife Housing Group properties
  • Undertaking planned kitchen and bathroom installs
  • Conducting all diagnostic and/or pre-measuring work with the aim of completing repairs within the same appointment wherever possible (right first time)
  • Must hold a full driving licence
