We are looking for an Asset Officer (Compliance) to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in either housing compliance, asset management, building safety or governance. Alternatively, they will be able to evidence comparable experience in a similar role. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

  • Leading the identification, preparation and continual improvement of key compliance management information
  • Maintaining statutory compliance-related records to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with the project management of legislative safety requirements and reviewing relevant contracts
  • Managing contract files and providing general office support on compliance matters
  • Providing a single authoritative overview of statutory compliance across the organisation
  • Developing and managing action plans arising from compliance and stock condition surveys
