We are looking for an Electrician to join our Operations Team, working 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Friday 8.00 am to 1.00 pm).

The successful candidate will hold a current SVQ electrical qualification, or equivalent, which meets the current IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition. Ideally, this will be Part 2 however, those with only Part 1 will still be considered. Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following:

  • Undertaking full Electrician duties, including standard maintenance and EICRs
  • Carrying out a range of emergency, urgent and reactive repairs
  • Conducting electrical works as part of planned kitchen and bathroom installs
  • Carrying out diagnostic and/or pre-measuring work with the aim of completing repairs 'right first time'
  • Participating in an on-call rota to provide 'out-of-hours' service (additional payments are made for this)

A full driving licence is also essential for this role. Transport or use of a company vehicle will be provided.
