We are looking for an Engagement Officer to join our Communications and Engagement Team.

The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in housing/customer service or comparable experience. They will also be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for empowering customers and communities
  • Experience in planning, co-ordinating and delivering innovative events and activities
  • The ability to use data to drive meaningful change
  • Experience of managing complex complaints within set timeframes
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders

Experience in managing funding applications would be beneficial, but is not essential.

A full driving licence and access to a car for business use are also required.
